Outward bound training

The company hold outward bound training from June 1st to June 2nd.

All staff in different departments from our gear motor factory took part in this program, including the sales Dpt/engineering Dpt/QC Dpt/ Production Dpt, etc.

Four teams were built to compete with each other and to challenge tasks that seem impossible to be done.

Everyone in their teams plays different roles and work together to get the tasks completed ASAP.

Each member was motivated during this training and find their potential.

Team building this time increases trust btw us, strengthen the unity of different departments, and improve the leadership of our management. Meantime, we also realized the problems existing in our system and will find a way to solve it.

The whole company will work together and strive for one aim that is to offer the client more cost-effective and reliable gear motor solutions to their applications.
