One client in Europe find us and have a great interest in our HT-POG32 planetary gear motors. They intend to replace their ShayangYe motor to reduce their cost.

After obtaining detailed usage info of the motors in customer‘s application, our engineer department makes evaluation per customer‘s specs and application, and recommend the gear motor configs as below :

1, 264:1 gear ratio, to make sure the torque high enough.

2, One piece shaft other than separated type, to make sure the shaft is strong enough at heavy axial load 

3, One piece gear carrier other than separated type, to make sure the gearbox is durable enough when heavy load.

4, Add varistor to meet EMC standards.

After HT-POG32 samples are made well, full tests are made. The performance is exactly the same, including speed/torque/current. The noise is even better when loading than Shayangye IG-32GM planetary gearbox motors.
